  1. Will products be restocked?
  2. Occasionally, products come back in stock but it is on a case by case basis and dependant on each merchant partner. If there’s a specific product you’d like to inquire about, feel free to ask us at shop.support@wellandgood.com.

  3. Can I get more information on a product?
  4. If you would like more information on a product, please email shop.support@wellandgood.com with your questions and we will do our best to help.

  5. Do you price match?
  6. We do not price match at this time as prices are set by our merchant partners.

ORDERS
  1. What payment methods do you accept?
  2. We accept all major debit and credit cards in each country. If you are having a problem with your card, please reach out to us at shop.support@wellandgood.com

  3. I didn't receive order confirmation. Did my order go through?
  4. Please allow 24 hours to receive an order confirmation in your email. Sometimes these emails get filtered into the spam/junk folders, so please check there as well. If you still have not received an order confirmation, please contact us at shop.support@wellandgood.com.

  5. How can I track the status of my order?
  6. Order status and updates will be sent to you as soon as the order is updated. Every order also comes with a shipping tracking number that you can use to follow the delivery progress. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact our support team at shop.support@wellandgood.com for further assistance.

  7. Can I cancel my order?
  8. We process orders as quickly as possible to minimize the delivery time, so unfortunately you aren’t able to cancel orders after they are placed. Please see our section on Returns & Refunds for information on how to return an item that you do not wish to keep.

  9. Can I change the address on my order?
  10. If the address for an order is incorrect, please contact shop.support@wellandgood.com immediately. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched to the shipping courier, we are unable to change the address and you will need to arrange a new delivery or pickup with the courier.

  11. I emailed customer support about my order. How long will it take them to respond?
  12. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. However, due to periods of high volume, it may occasionally take longer to receive a response. If you have not heard back in 48 hours, please reach out again.
